Fundiswa is a 17-year-old, in Grade 11 at Soqhayisa Senior Secondary School.

How do you like to spend your time?
I like to spend my time writing songs, poems or whatever I’m thinking about at that time, whether I’m sad or happy. I like to listen to music, hang out or watch TV.

What is your favourite book?
I couldn’t say for sure, but a top choice is “Nobody will ever kill me”.

What is your favourite music?
I love all good music – it doesn’t matter which genre.

What is your message for the youth of South Africa?
I would like to say to the youth: believe that God is your answer and he will never disappoint you. Never give up on your dreams – they make us who we are – and you will make it and I’ll see you at the top. None of us will be left behind.
