Amanda Ngema was born and raised in Maphumulo. But later moved to Chatsworth at the age of 14. Living in Chatsworth had an impact in many of her stories.
She is a student at the University of KwaZulu Natal and she is doing Bachelor of Education. She also have a Youtube channel where she reads her stories. She believes that writing helps her to express her feelings. She enjoys reading on her spare time.
