I am an enthusiastic person who adds a little bit of spark wherever I go. I believe in touching the hearts of those around me and inspiring them. I started writing when I was in grade 6 and I’ve never looked back since then. Writing has helped me through some of the most difficult things in my life…it has carried me in my happy moments and has kept me company in my lonely hours. I like to write about African stories, stories that we can relate to and stories that give us hope in the end. I also wrote children’s stories and poetry when I feel inspired to. I am not only a writer but also a radio presenter at my community radio station where I host a youth talk show. I live by Hulisani Ravele’s three powerful words, “Purpose, power and impact.” I am currently studying for a BA in Social Work at UJ. I am gender non-binary too and am enjoying the journey of learning more about myself and the world around me.
