All women who are pregnant experience changes in body, self-image, expectations and relationships. These changes are often felt more strongly in teenagers. A part of you may be struggling with the normal issues of being a teenager, yet another part is facing the responsibilities of an adult.

Having a baby is a major life event, whether you are 30 or 16, and whether it was planned or not. This booklet may help answer some of the questions you have regarding pregnancy, labour, becoming a mother, and raising a child

  • 1 - How will my body change?
  • 2 - What can I eat?

  • 7 - I was sexually abused.
  • 8 - Can I have sex during pregnancy?
