It is possible that you feel a bit down after giving birth. You may feel sadness, frustration, fear and guilt. This is very common and these feelings usually go away after a few days. In some cases, these feelings stay and get worse. This could be postnatal depression or anxiety. If you think you may be suffering from this, talk to a counsellor about it.
