I don’t have any friends or family nearby

All alone in the dark,

No one helps me to pass that stage

No one told me you would get out in the night.

You will be in the light that you don’t know,

No one to hold your hand

You feel like the walls are closing in,

you tell yourself I am in an animal stomach

but you are in a room with no light,

but you are in the dark.

You will pass it and be in the spotlight

But people will be in the dark; they

they didn’t walk with you in the darkness.

They chose light and said

“You are alone on this; no one wants to walk in the dark, so go where there is no light!”
