Today I’ll talk about depression. We are all depressed ngezinto ezihlukene, Depression is a complex and mental health disorder that affect millions of people worldwide.

Bahlobo kunzima ukuphila ne depression, some of us even commit suicide because of it. What we have to do ukuthi sikhulume and share what’s bothering us, i know it’s hard because we don’t trust anyone nowadays.

So ngithi if washonelwa umzali,washiywa umuntu omthandayo,you not working uyazama akulungi etc…Be strong mntaka mah kuzolunga try and talk to someone you trust ,pray…talk to God umxelele konke okukuhluphayo. I know sometimes naye kuba sengathi akasiphenduli siphele amandla but try even though it’s hard pray.

Sifunde nokuxola emoyeni yethu i know ezinye izinto zinzima ukuzamukela and zibuhlungu, but dwelling in past won’t help you, stressing yourself won t help you either. Lokho kuzosenza sihlukumezeke impilo yethu yonke asizame ukudiliza lwemithwalo esiyithwele and heal.

Healing is a process it takes time, but let’s fight this …we can’t go on like this, labantu abasihlukumeza baphila kahle bona bayaqhubeka nezimpilo zabo, what about us?…do we have to suffer impilo yethu yonke sizigqilaza ngezinto abasenza zona?

Asiphakameni bathandwa and fight this silwele inkululeko yethu we deserve to be happy nathi sqale kabusha empilweni kancane kancane we will get there.
