The two death boxes,
Both carrying corpses to last rest.

Why aren’t both of them
of equal worth?
When both are lifting the exact tragedy?

One is a casket,
Dubbed for the rich?
The other is a coffin,
Dubbed for the poor?

Or is the dub based on worth gap?
Or maybe unequal comfort?
But which cold flesh feels the comfort?
When both are in an eternal coma?

Poor or rich,
Death is fair

The weeping is assured
The memories are assured
And none will ever see the gone
The next dawn
