I’m doing what I love but yet hating what I love. I love my job but there’s way too much favouritism where I am working. I work hard but yet I’m being watched out for every little mistake I make; they are always out there to get me. On the other side, my colleagues do nothing and are always lazing around but always get away with every wrong thing.

However, that is fair because I have learned to work harder even if my efforts are not seen or recognised. I’ll develop and show my potential even though I am not on their ‘favourite’ list. That’s fair enough for me because I have realised that I can do this and I can do much better than trying to impress anyone. I am doing this for my own good and for the love of my job. Now, that’s what I call fairness!
