I’ve been hunting them for years, but I failed everytime. Each time I’ve gotten closer, they move. My plan seems to be failing, every year they disappear to a new location and I find it difficult to track them down.

All I want is her. That sweet little human being, who’s blood probably tastes sweeter than any other human I could imagine. I’ve always wanted her, we wouldn’t have to play this game right now if all they do is just hand that little twat over to me and all will be done.

But no…they still want to continue this game called cat and mouse. I will find her, and she will be mine.

Today I’m starting my last year of high school. I couldn’t be more happier right now,but also I feel a little weird. Something inside me keeps stirring,I feel like something is about to happen. Well if that’s the case, I hope it’s something good.

Once I hopped out the shower, I quickly got dressed and made my way downstairs for breakfast and see my parents already seated by the dining table waiting for me.

“We good honey” says my mom.

My parents burst out laughing.

“We just happy because some of our old friends have moved here to Lancashire. Their daughter will be attending her final year here at Lancashire high school. We are just happy because we haven’t seen them in a long time” my mom says.

Just hearing about their daughter, gives me goose bumps. I think I just heard my inner vampire purr.

I hopped into my car and I made my way to school.

Right now I’m standing outside the school gate, I’m on my last nerve right now. I’ve been fighting myself mentally about going in, or just turning around right now and going home. Obviously my parents aren’t there, they are rarely there, so they wouldn’t know that I’ve skipped school. Oh screw it, let’s just go.

From the minute I enter the school, people have been giving me weird looks. I SWEAR I just caught someone sniffing the air. What the hell!? Do I stink? I most definitely took a shower this morning and I put on perfume.

Okay- -there is definitely something wrong with the students here. I might be losing my mind, but many people have been licking their lips the minute they saw me. I quickly catch a glimpse of hunger in their eyes?

Ignoring all the stares I make my way around the building and find the office, where I collect my locker number, as well as my classes for the day.

Another weird thing about these people is, they are pale. They literally look like they have risen from the dead or something. I swear I look like the only normal person here. Well, let’s just see how the rest of my day goes, and I really hope it goes by quick.
