How I’d hoped we could live in

Harmony.

Happy, with less frowns and

Apologies.

Its such a pity that it’s not going to

Happen.

I’ve seen things end but I didn’t think

We’d end too.

It’s funny how I can fix everyone’s problems

But I can’t do the same to mine.

I’m starting to think that you wanted me to

Heal you so you could survive your past

Sorrows.

I love you, but you’re making it seem like

I’m in this alone.

I’m sorry, but I can’t carry on keeping things

My heart tied to your name and it can’t let go.

My head seeing your face and you want to go.
