Perception can be life,

Yet it can lead to death,

If not physically,

Then definitely spiritually,

So many things are not what they seem,

This is why we should always be keen,

To look at things from every perspective,

It is not a sin to be objective,

Be careful of misperception,

For, life is full of deception,

Love is not obsession,

Enjoyment is not addiction,

Acceptance is not satisfaction,

And righteousness is not perfection,

Anger is not hate,

Death is not fate,

Fear is not respect,

A silver tongue is not wisdom,

Democracy is certainly not freedom,

To be is not to conform,

So before embracing It ask yourself,

Is it really what it looks like?
