Emotional Abuse is something that destroys us each and single day, some people never know or understand how Emotionally some of their words do to us.

As Black’s, we just tend to speak and criticise other humans. The words others say sometimes leave scars, scars that never heal, so it is of great importance to learn and practice the language and the way we speak our words.

Words have the power to change or destroy a person’s sense of humour, confidence and behaviour.

Let’s practice the culture of respect, to never judge or criticise someone regardless of their colour, Race, gender or disability let’s practice the culture of speaking words that can lift someone, let’s practice words that can help someone who is depressed find healing lets us adapt the culture, of being respective towards every person around us.

Let’s us embrace and share the culture of love, humanity and kindness.

Let’s live to unite and to be there for those who need our help.

Let’s practice the culture of “Ubuntu

Because “umuntu ungumuntu ngabantu” let’s not live to destroy others but let’s adapt the culture to live in harmony, to live in solitude and always be in gratitude for all and everything we have.

Let’s live to build, to build a better living environment, a better society let’s live to fix what’s broken and always be the youth that brings solutions and ideas to change the world and the society in which we live.

Let’s be a youth that is enthusiastic,goal-driven and determined to bring change to the world, the environment and to our society.

Let’s be the youth that is willing to volunteer to help those in need, let’s not live in competent life is not a competition.

Thank you.
