How is the new year going? Are you still focused on the goals you set for yourself at the very beginning of the year? Or have you failed to keep track of your new years resolutions?

Let’s go back to the countdown into the new year 10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1 HAPPY NEW YEAR!, you are at a party, at home chilling with friends and family, or at church, hugging everyone and wishing them all the best of the new year, remember that feeling? You were excited because you wanted to start fresh, it felt good right?

It’s February and some are heavily focused on their new year’s resolutions, some are still trying to stay focused but it’s hard due to different circumstances and difficulties in life and others just gave up.

Each and every one of us is different, we face different complications in life and some are harder than the other it can be a real pain, yes I know! We all reached a point in our lives where we wanted to give up or actually give up because everything was just to much, But that was then! NO MORE Weakness shall be shown evens when you are at your lowest, YOU WIlL STAND UP gAND FIGHT EACH AND EVERY BATTLE!!!!!

It all begins with yourself, you need to heal from everything of that happened in the past so you can take the future head-on and by “focusing on yourself” you should:

1. Do self-care and soul-care, yes there is a difference by self-care I mean take time to pamper yourself and this (includes guys also) take every chance you get just to make time for yourself.

a) Soul Care, READ the bible, talk to God and tell him what’s bothering you this is probably the best soul-care advice. Meditate at least once a day:

breathe in like you are smelling flowers and breathe out like you blowing out candles, do it 5 times (with your eyes closed)

By doing the above I can guarantee you that you will so much better after you’ve done it.

MANIFEST your goals, work hard as if you already have the one thing that you want with your whole heart.

Start over! Reset your goals one by one and start somewhere.

I know it’s hard to stand in a workplace where you don’t want to be at but it’s okay it’s only temporary, I pray that in this year you will find a better job where you are happy and gives you a good salary.

Restore your negative thoughts with positive thoughts something like ” Even though I live in a small house, I’m grateful for this house caused there are people who are homeless and will do anything to have what I have”

Yes be grateful for what you have but work hard for something bigger and greater.

Even though things didn’t plan out the way you expected it to plan out, You need to still stay positive and work hard for what you want, NEVER GIVE UP.
