Back in the days at Mpumalanga in the village of Sidlamafa town, a gogo was raising his grandchildren with his money pension. The poor gran made sure that his grandchildren to go to school and have proper education. Those children were three daughters it was very hard to grow up without their parents they were working in Gauteng. But their tried everything with his pension money she teaches not to expect things from other people what they should do is to work hard for themselves. What was sad about them was their wishes to stay with their parents with their whole hearts was just a dream that will never come true. This was something that breaks their heart in two places. Not being able to stay with their parents made them not have a bond with them. They were only able to bond with their only gogo. Their parent’s absence growing up made their heart grow fonder. It’s good for the gogos to help their kids in raising their granddaughter but parents do need to play a role in their kid’s life. Those poor kids don’t have a proper relationship with their parents today. But a big shout to gogos who are raising their grandchildren.
