I am like the joyful flowers swaying outside,
Opening up to the sunlight for growth.
The end goal is to blossom and beautify spaces,
And we’ll all taste the sweet rain of that blessing.

I am soft like a stuffed teddy bear.
On the not so happy dull and cold days,
I pour out my embrace and sweet warmth
Until we both sit on the couch of contentment.

I am like an untouched new book,
Quietly resting on the homey bookshelf,
Enclosing my story behind my vocal cord pages
Until an eager reader opens up the first page.
