When I look back on the year 2021, my heart shatters, my eyes get teary. The pressure of being the first child to make it to tertiary level weighed on me. The new normal brought about by COVID-19, attending online classes has been a great challenge. Halfway through the year losing my bursary felt like my dream didn’t have the same sentiments as me.

When I look forward, I’m ready to take on my endeavours as a human rights advocate. The spirit of a lioness in me foresee a bright rich future, because the Lioness is ready to take on the challenges of the world.
