During my emotional breakdown I found myself fixing my diary. The pages of it were loose, so I wanted to fix it so that I could pour all my emotions into it.
I stood for a second and was like, “How can I fix this diary whereas I’m still broken?” I fixed it though. I did whatever I had to do with it, but my shoulders were still heavy.
Lesson of the story: Never try to fix anything while you’re still broken. Nothing will come from it. Fix Yourself First.
