Isla was busy with the laundry one day when the Welches got back early. “They’re back” she thought to herself

” Afternoon lsla, uhm so Brian brought a friend home for dinner they’re locking up at the car, so please get the beverages ready.” ” Okay, what should l make?” ” Uhmmm, let’s make it coffee- black coffee”.
She went to the kitchen then got everything ready. She put everything on a tray the went to the lounge where they were all seated. When she got to the door, her mouth hung agape, it was him! The guy who gave her a lift that day! The guy who had been so rude, he took off without even saying bye!
She entered looking down, she wanted to leave immediately. She served Vou, then Brian but when she got to rude guy-she called him- she didn’t she the carpet and tripped over it. Making the cup fly across the room, spilling its contents on rude guy. He stood up with a start, took the cloth on the table and started wiping himself. Isla stood up quickly and started wiping him.
