Oratile just arrived home from school.
“Mom,can you believe it?” Oratile says as soon as he walks in.
“What makes you to just come in without greeting me?It must be a big thing.” Mercy says.
“Sorry,mom.Good afternoon.” Oratile greets.
“Afternoon,son.What’s wrong?” Mercy says.
“No grade 10 was at school.Tshidi wasn’t at school.I met Tshego going to the shops and she told me they had no Saturday lessons today.” Oratile announces.
“Where the hell could that child have gone?” Mercy asks.
At the same time, Tshidi walks in.
“Where have you been, Tshidi?” Mercy asks her.
”I’m sorry for lying to you.” Tshidi says looking down.
“Of course you must be sorry.Where have you been for heaven’s sake?” Mercy asks her.
“I’m sorry but I can’t.” Tshidi says still looking down.
“Pray that I don’t touch you because if I do,God forbid.”Mercy says angry.
“Mom,calm down.I’ll speak to her.” Oratile says.
Tshidi goes up the stairs.

Eunice had gone to the doctor.
“I’ve been experiencing symptoms like vomiting, stomach cramps and cravings.On top of it all I’m late for my period.” Eunice explained to the doctor.
“Have you done a pregnancy test?” The doctor asks.
“No,why?” Eunice asks.
“You will need to do a urine test.Judging by the symptoms,you might be pregnant.” The doctor says.
“Pregnant?” Eunice says shocked.
The doctor laughs at her shockness.
“Yes.All you need to do is to take this cup,go to the toilet and pee in it.You do know where the toilet is,right?” The doctor asks.
“Yes.” Eunice nods slowly.
