Now it’s been 2 years and I found job I am working in Lydenburg sawmill as a general worker . My son Tshepang is 2 years and 3 months , I and Thabang we’re no longer and item but I live with his family. When I get paid from work end of every month I buy food my mother in law took care of Tshepang when I am at work.

“Makoti you are still young for this and I know my son is no longer onto you ,because he has another girlfriend in Gauteng and your blood need to be charged. My mother in law said.

I buried my face on my hands my mind is lost why is she saying this to me huh? I know I have feelings but I still loves Thabang and I don’t want to see my son raises by another man except Thabang. At work there’s two guy’s who seems to be interested in me but I’m not unto them.

Deon is a handsome boy and I heard that he plays soccer everyone knew him in Skhila . We continue dating while staying with my mother in law.

I and Deon only sees each on weekends because in week days we’re at work. We dates for a month without any suspicious and asked someone who’s seems to be related with if he had another girlfriend and his cousin told me that he doesn’t have any girlfriend other than me I felt releaves and happy.

I didn’t do as Deon said because my mother in law would never allow me to do that they love Tshepang so much because he’s the only grandson in house . They even bought him lots of toys .

I and Deon we kept seeing each other’s in private because I do respect my mother in law and other family the fact that she says that I should dates anyone doesn’t gives me permission to disrespect them.

Friday came it is pay day and I stopped by Shoprite in Lydenburg bought some foods then goes straight to home I found that there’s no body in the house . I put everything in the fridge then walk straight to my room change working uniform after that I bathe .

I wore my denim trouser ,puffed jacket and sneakers walk straight to taxi rank to catch a taxi to my new boyfriend Deon in Skhila when I get there I found him seated on top of his single bed in a hostel and the place is mixed up lot’s of an ethnic groups stay there because they came to work in CMI just a small mining factory.

I gets there everything is cool I even forgot that I once been hurt by Thabang you all know how new love it is . During the night we make love i told him that I am not onto any contraception.

“Deon , let us use condom I’m not preventing. I said angry.

“Don’t you trust me huh?, I have experiences on sex please believe me when my sperms is about to be released I would pull out . He said.

I believed him you know sometimes us women we trust too much and the next day we regrets of our decision.

We made sex and I didn’t seen him pull out my mind believe in miracles in my thoughts I think I’m not pregnant it can’t be happen in a one day and perhaps I and Deon for the past few weeks we were using condoms.

“It is the following day in the morning Deon, can you go buy me morning after pills I said and Deon didn’t utter a single word and today is Sunday Pharmacy close in 13 o’clock I sleep in his single bed I felt so weak .

Late that day Deon accompanied me to home do you believe it my mother in law house I get there found that they are not there only finds a lady who’s in love with my brother in law she told me that our mother in law is angry for me because I was away for the weekend.

Now my body starts to change ,I starts to choose food always want to eat veggies and fruits everyone is telling me that I’m glowing and gain weight in a mean time tress struck in my mind regrets came back only if i can change the hands of time but it’s too late . Thabang is back now and I missed up and seems to fixed things with me .

He came back and slept on the one bed but we didn’t do nothing we put our son Tshepang between us . Always I woke up next to Thabang but we do nothing he even accompanied me to where I catch the bus to work.

I continue staying with them until I found a shark to rent now I’m living alone my tummy has changed it’s been a month since I spoke with Deon we only see each other’s at work everytime he sees me he avoid me.

Today I decided to call him but he ignored me I send him massages telling him I’m coming over and the time is 20:00 in the night. When I gets there I finds that there’s a woman standing infront of his door held a radio .

The woman walks away immediately when i arrives I sits down on the sides of stoep , Deon comes straight to me sat next to me and that woman stood on his door when I arrived she looks familiar I once found pictures of her and Deon on his phone and he told me it is his sister so I believed him you know how life in hostel it is.

“What do you want this late huh? Deon asked furious.

“I came here because you no longer picking my calls. Who is she? I replied

“Come on Thobile we spoke about this she’s is my sister . He lied.

“What ever Deon may you release your things in my stomach now , I said angry and I am not yet went to Clinic but I have a sign that I’m pregnant.

“Let me walk with you to your room we would talk about it another time. He said.

I stood up from where I was seated when we are about to walk out of the gate here she came shouting at Deon it seems like she heard everything we talked about.

“Oh! Deon alere tsebeshi (you don’t inform us).she said

Deon tells her to come with us when we’re three of us Deon starts.

“Mahlako this is Thobile and Thobile this Mahlako .he went silent.

“You didn’t gives us all the answers we needs . Mahlako replied.

“Oh, I forgot on the time you went home I and Thobile we cheated on you which means I love you not Thobile . Thobile and i we were pushing time Deon said my body went numb now Mahlako left us alone she don’t have problem at all now I asks Deon why he lied to me I thought he was single I gave him all my body to play with he ended up telling me that Mahlako has a man his and her are just pushing time too . It’s really shows that he is a player ,I felt like I can open the soil entered inside of it.
