I walked in the rain, feeling sad and alone. My family’s business had failed, and my parents were always fighting. My friends didn’t want to hang out with me anymore.
I felt like I had no one to talk to. I was all alone, and it was a scary feeling. I didn’t know what to do or where to go.
As I walked, I saw a small café. It looked cozy and warm, so I went inside. The café was quiet, and the owner smiled at me. I sat down at a table and looked around.
Then I saw her – my old friend Nandi. We had been friends in high school, but we hadn’t talked in a long time. She smiled at me, and I smiled back.
Nandi came over to my table, and we hugged. It felt good to see her again. We sat down, and I told her everything – about my family, my friends, and how I was feeling.
Nandi listened to me, and she didn’t judge me. She just listened and said nice things. I felt better after talking to her.
We talked for a long time, and then the rain stopped. I realized that Nandi was a true friend. She was there for me when things were tough.
I left the café feeling happy. I knew things would be okay with Nandi by my side. She reminded me that even when days are dark, friends can make all the difference.
