Days passed nothing seemed portable.
Time fled freely,
As I was waiting for the moment.
I waited at the bus stop,
But the moment didn’t come.
I waited on the mountains,
But the moment didn’t come.
I waited with the dwarfs,
But the moment didn’t come.
I waited with the ants,
But the moment didn’t come.
Each an every living thing was a friend of mine,
Hoping to look at the moment right in the eyes.
Wishing to touch and feel it, give it a warm hug.
Unfortunately the moment didn’t come.
I waited, waited and waited,
But still the moment didn’t come.
I began to lose hope, I surrendered and watched it fade away.
Only to find out that I’m lost in the moment.
