So this is how it rings
I have seen her colours
Shining but not so bright
Enough they give a glimpse
A glare that cripples sight
A reach that doesn’t reach so far
The Northern star that shines not so bright
So dusk not even measured by the sail men
They rather get lost in angry seas
My heart came once and felt at home
A second it skipped out to buy a milk
And found the used to be home “To Let”
My heart welled tears of vinegar and salt
Cuddling up that milk to bitter cheese
So this is how my heart left stranded.
