We realise the value of something when it is gone

But then when we have it

It looks valueless to us.

It is not easy to let go

Simply because we miss what it was.

We feel embarrassed when we are attached to it

But the moment it starts to isolate itself from us

We start to realise how much we needed it

My heart said yes!

But people said no!

And I chose to listen to them.

Now that I’ve lost it

I regret not following my heart

I’ve realised that I need it.

But unfortunately, it’s too late!

Because it is no more.
