Who will protect them?

Everybody shows them no love.

Everybody shows them no mercy.

All they know is to treat them like their skivvies

They pay for the lousy plate of food with their

Sweat and blood.

Where will they run to if nobody shows them to love?

They buried happiness with their parents

Not even nature shows them, love.

Even summer storms hit hard on the cause

Nobody protects them

Nobody wipes their tears,

Nobody licks their wounds.

Even summer turns out to be winter to them.

Winter turns to summer.

It’s always stormy for them

Who will protect them if even the world itself is so cruel?

The world itself shows them no mercy. It keeps on

Knocking them down

It’s rain after rain

Storm after storm.

Let us all be united and show them, love

Be their source of hope

Give them the strength to strive for tomorrow.
