The rain that quenches the thirst of the soil and promotes growth.

The rain that gives our farmers hope, and the ability to help feed a nation.

Thank you Lord for the beautiful rain;

For reminding us that as clever as we think we are,

You still control the heavens and the earth.

Thank you Lord for the beautiful rain that clears the air of so many impurities, and fills the atmosphere with a freshness and a smell that releases endorphins from within.

Please ignore those of us who do not know what we want, and will complain regardless.

We are only human after all.
