Setting boundaries is very much important,

Learn to set boundaries,

Not everyone who deserves your sacrifice,

Not everyone who deserves your time,

Normalise saying no,

Be aware of what is unacceptable,

Know that not all the time is your time to sacrifice yourself for others,

How would I know that it’s about time I set boundaries?

Why are boundaries very much significant?

Don’t be like a thin leave that is controlled by the wind,

Know yourself,

Do what is best for you,

Be yourself,

Have your limitations,

Learn to leave where you’re not appreciated,

Learn to walk away when you sense negativity!

Because if you do not distance yourself,

You will have depression, mood swings,

Negative thoughts, changes in how you think,

And that leads to mental health.

Limit space between you and other people.

Communicate your needs for healthy interaction,

Not all of them can understand,

And it isn’t easy.
