“I found this world like this,

I will leave it like this”,

You say.

The laments don’t bother your ears,

The dripping blood doesn’t dehydrate you,

The wounds are not decaying your soul,

The dead souls don’t haunt your heart.

You invalidate justice,

You perpetuate poverty,

You promote violence,

You advocate for lovelessness.

Are you not touched,

To at least be a useful drop

Into the ocean of change?
