Identify your product interest or service and do research on your community, are there people who can afford your product or service? Does these people want your product and need your service? If the answer is yes to the above questions, your product or service should be available in the place you operate in ( where you live). And the name of your business should advertiser’s your product or service.
Have a clear indication of all your cost ( Fixed cost: rent, where your product will be stored, unexpected cost: when your product are lost through theft , variable cost: the amount the product will cost, and cost on social marketing) and your profit.
Ensure that you have all the resources to acquire the product. Enough capital to purchase in bulk. Find a company who delivers and do packaging for free. Equip yourself with product knowledge.

People can find your product or service when they search for the product you are selling and service you are renting. Keep records of every purchase and transaction. It will help with funding to grow your business.
Behaviour: We all are customers ,treat your customers with courtesy and respect as you want to be treated. Apologize to the customer if there is any problem with delivery of your product and service. Assure them that the product or service will be rented unto them as soon as possible. And keep to your promise.
Give your customers all the information of your product or service because they have the right to know that they will receive value for money. Practice openness by adding your phone number, email address, physical address, business tax number and company registration number on all sites of marketing.
