There were once these two little girls, Khwezi and Khanyi, aged seventeen, who came from the village. They were so loving, caring and respectful at all times. Their parents played a big role in their lives by giving them warm shelter, food and clothes and making sure that they went to school happy just like any other child. As we all know that the bond shared by twins can never be broken so easily, this two were just like a finger and a nail. The twins were taught very well that both of them were academically intelligent. The two young intelligent twins were praised everywhere.

One day the twins were separated, they no longer attended the same class and so they had to do new friends. Khanyi found a new friend named Mbalienhle. They had a lot in common but Mbali drank alcohol and chilled with old guys during the weekends. As the friendship was still new, Mbali decided to invite Khanyi for the weekend. Khanyi was not comfortable with this so she told her twin about it. Khanyi decided to pitch and excite her new friend. Khanyi has never tasted alcohol before or clubbing. You could see the innocence on her face when she first started drinking. After two bottles of beer, Khanyi couldn’t take it anymore and she wanted to leave. The guys asked her to stay for some time as it was so fun and the vibe was just beginning. They begged her until she agreed to stay. It was around 10:00 pm when Khanyi went home all by herself. The boys followed her as they saw that she was drunk. Khanyi was one corner away from home when the boys dragged her on the street. Khanyi was screaming all over the place due to certain suspicions Khwezi was still awake at that time and she could hear her sister screaming. She woke her parents up and they rushed outside to look for her.

Eventually, they saw her and they ran towards the incident. Khanyi was crying like a baby when her parents got there. The boys managed to escape. The next day Khanyi tried calling Mbalienhle to tell her about the incident but her phone was off.

Khwezi was so angry about what happened but was so supportive of her sister. She then said, “Learn to choose your friends wisely sis, people are not who you think they are.”
