Fantasising life without a mother figure is no joke. All the pain and void never fade away. Growing up without a mother is hard. Being raised by a single mother and waking up the next day and finding out she’s no more is a different type of pain and anger. No one deserves to grow up without their mother. But life happens so unpredictably. As they say, “life’s full of surprises; you just have to go with the flow.” To every child out there who has lost their mother, don’t let pain and anger diminish your life or murder your dreams. Keep chasing those dreams as if you were to die tomorrow. Let your light shine through you.
