When international tech billionaire, Tapas, moves his headquarters to River View on the Cape Flats, everybody loves the new cutting-edge technologies he brings them. But a young artist in the community starts noticing strange changes in the people and environment and realises Tapas’s technology may be doing more harm than good. Can the artist use art and nature to defeat a technological experiment that has dangerous consequences, not just for River View, but for the world at large?
