“Mandy, how do you know he took it?” her granny asked.
“I know he did, who else will take it from me, gran?” Mandy asked.
“My dear child, your brother never took your money. You left it here on the kitchen table before you left. I saw it and kept it safe for you.” Her granny said.
Mandy felt bad for blaming her brother. She then went to him to apologize.
“I’m sorry for blaming you, it turns out I left my money on the table.” She said, shyly.
“It’s okay, sis.” Brad said, smiling at her.
“No, it’s not okay. It’s never okay to blame anyone without proof,” she said, “here, I want you to have this.”
Mandy gave her brother his money back and her own money too.
