Be present

Stay switched on, be present at all times. Focus is very important when you have tasks to complete. Your drive will not bring you to full effect when you are double-minded, so be present and focus on one thing. When you move as one you can erode anything. With patience and perseverance, all things are possible.

The dawn makes way for sunrise and the same applies with seasons; winter makes way for the spring. Stay switched on because before the universe launches you into something great, first will come winds and storms. There you’re to deal with the floods and mud all by yourself. But know they’re only there for a season, they only came to pass.

None of it all is meant to harm you, God has your best interest at heart. Know whatever challenge or situation you find yourself in is Father-filtered. God will not spare you the brutal criticism that He allowed Jesus Christ to go through. You are to go through everything those that came before you went through to be declared faithful before God. God will use trials, challenges, and temptations to draw you closer to Him. You can never survive all eyes by the way, not even Christ did. Keep calm and know that He is God.

They say do not focus on your pain, focus on God’s plan instead. He had the ultimate plan even before you were born. His plan was never to hurt you but to prosper you. Your ultimate dream is often attached to your needs and desires. So whatever you’ll go through is preparing you for the ultimate plan of God. The desire to fulfil God’s ultimate plan is implanted in the roots of your spirit in a form of gifts and talents.

Finding yourself is finding out about yourself and accepting your “Spirit, Heart, Abilities, Personal abilities and Experiences,” – Rev Rick Warren.

Once you are happy with your shape, half the battle is won. While we are at it, let me assure you that God specializes in sending the “nobodies” to do His work. So be excited about your shape and give God your “nothings” and He will do the extraordinary with them. He can take a lifetime to develop your character, a character that will suit His ultimate plan with which is to prosper you.

You are born with gifts and talents. You can’t be taught how to be gifted, nah. They’re uniquely given to you from above to suit your shape. They’re raw as they come and they need nurturing and polishing in order to be applied in accordance. Surely there is nothing more fulfilling than seeing a weapon doing what it was designed for. Chipping off the rough edges is the most fun part of it all, it is known to be the defining point and that’s where it is tested for quality; that’s the place of exchange.

He who gave you the gift will not make you avoid the tests and the heartaches. Instead in the midst of it all you will not be consumed. Handle your gift with care by allowing guidance from above. Discipleship is key in nurturing the gift so allow yourself to be led first before you can lead. We all know that a man of authority understands authority very well.

Discipleship is more vital than a relationship. It teaches you how to serve and position yourself. So it is important not to resist the gift cause it will hurt you and the people who are hurt go on to hurt other people.
