Daylight nor nightfall
Memories burn and whirl
Shadows utter and dwell
Like a bruise toiling
to be well

Haunts of a wraith swift
Like a shivering wrath
The mind-haul and weep
Longing to be free

For a brave-hear’s a
cashmere. A brave heart’s
A nightmare and the redeemed
Are free-shawls to vivid
Hawks.

And daylight nor nightfall
Life’s a free-fall down it
Goes with pain like a mere
Drop of rain

So cold like snow to quiver
The naked so lost for the
Show. So broad to be shaken

Solemn blows rage inner wars
Wage forth the intruder
Gaming the nonsense humour.
