Being new in a strange place where I thought I could never be,
I closed my eyes as fear was near my heart
I heard a calling of a dream that woke me up in a nightmare,
Dream full of sanity and life
And though my dream fell dead I just blew life in it

Feeling streams of tears rolling forward and backwards,
Struck by my pride I could not turn my dream into reality
It’s only a prophecy of me being home that my dream can see
I can touch my dream as it blows through my ears
The sound penetrating; breaking my eardrums
Then I thought to myself,
Being new in a strange place is not so bad after all
