Many moons ago I had discovered a beautiful braided haired teen
We were young and she younger
In between two cultures made from two different breeds
I wish moons could tell today we’d be strangers
Or that her beautiful smiles would be surpressed by anger
Present moons letting me know that nothing between us is concluded
But moons of love became moons she claim ruined

It’s moons ago we promised each other the moon
I am the culprit she said that caused us doom
It was one moon ago we had bumped into each other
We couldn’t breathe around one another
Yesterday’s moons so full of love but today’s moons she’s so stubborn
Added moons to the last one she found a new lover
Showing up on my doorstep after recently past moons to resolve our grievances
Again it’s moons ago since I’ve spent a night with her

How many moons more should I wait for a next encounter?
Twelve moons after twelve moons…will we meet again I doubt it
I hate the moons of uncertainty and moons of pain
Moons ago we seperated feels like just yesterday
