In books I find stories so great
So much I discover more than fate
Books hide in different forms
Revealing thunders, rains and storms

In books I find the urge to leap
For nothing inside encourages sleep
Books engrave so much space
But I see them book to face

Life with books is good, that’s true

Reading over and over starting anew
For what books I read reveal
Is what the characters inside feel
So every time they reveal their cries
I now see that authors are very wise

For they are written on planet earth
With black ink they have a new path

Now read with your heart and eyes
Because books can be confusing, deep in disguise
For I never thought in my past
