Tabia means: to help cope with internal, external, mental and emotional changes. It means a ‘Follower’ or ‘Sucessor’.

The name Tabiah is of Arabic origin and is used mostly in Arabic speaking countries but also in a few other countries and languages of the world.

The reason I was named Tabiah is because it belonged to my dad’s sister and when my mum and dad looked at me for the first time they felt that the name Tabiah would suit me.
