As much as I believe in love, I didn’t want to fall in love. I placed a shield around my heart as a way of protecting it.

I’ve seen people get hurt because of love, some got their hearts broken and some got their dreams shattered, while some lost themselves trying to be who they are not for the one they love.

I promised myself that I wouldn’t fall in love. But then I met this guy…he made me melt like ice, he made my heart skip some beats. His voice was music to my ears. I could look into his eyes every day.

From that moment, I knew I was in love. I didn’t find love, love found me.
