Click on “Profile” and click on “MY COURSES”, and if you have completed a course, it should say, for example, Permanent Course: Writing good essays (100% complete), then click on the course; at the top, it will say, “You have completed this course.” and below that it should say, “Download your certificate here” you can click on that button and download your course certificate.
Please note certificates are only available to people with an average of 50% and above if you have completed a course and it says 100% complete but does not have the download your certificate here button, it means you have less than 50% on average.

@S.O Mtsweni - So sorry to hear you're having problems downloading your certificate. Please would you email us the name and type of phone that you're using, and also send us screenshots. That way we can try to problem-solve. Please also check where it would normally download too... perhaps it is there but you are looking in an incorrect folder. And, also check that you have sufficient space on your phone to accommodate the download.
