Lizzy was only four years old when her mother died. She was left with her father at first and everything was all good. Her father really took care of her, he did everything that a father could do for a daughter.

One day Lizzy’s father decided to remarry; that’s when everything changed for Lizzy. Her father no longer took care of her as he used to. It was all because of the woman he married. Lizzy’s stepmother was so abusive that she would beat Lizzy for every little thing that little kids do. She would starve her for the day and Lizzy’s father would say nothing but support his wife.

A few weeks later Lizzy’s stepmom poured hot water onto Lizzy. Lizzy took off and ran so far away that they never saw her again.

Later that day, Lizzy’s father came back home and asked where Lizzy was, but she was nowhere to be found. Lizzy’s father went to the police station to report a missing child case. The police started searching for Lizzy. They found her lifeless body lying in a narrow road.

Lizzy’s father realised that he was so heartless to Lizzy, but it was too late, Lizzy was no more.
