I’m Surprise Mashaba.I currently reside in Malelane,a city in Mpumalanga.Im 14 years old and doing grade 8 at Suikerland Secondary School.

I started writing way back in 2020 during April.At this time I could only write poems.In overall I’ve wrote more than 30 English poems.I started story writing during February this year – 2021.

In matter of recognition and awards, I’ve never received any awards but have once won a poetry writing competion that was based on national level (nationwide).I came in at 3rd.

I’m currently writing under FunDza Writers’ publication.I started submitting works to FunDza in march.
