I’m a self reserved individual, I spend most of my time online; probably reading and writing. Reading keeps me company.

I came across FunDza on Mxit platform, where I started reading. I was inspired by genuine young talent and published my first poem titled, Do what you think is right. The positive feedback from editors and Fanz Writers had been the driving force behind my interest in writing for FunDza Literacy Trust.

Well, I must say. You don’t usually find services offered by FunDza for free. So, I was amazed by that.
Since, I started reading on FunDza my Literacy skills and ability to read with understanding have improved.

I like these words by Maureen Corrigan: “It’s not that I don’t like people. It’s just that when I’m in the company of others – even my nearest and dearest – there always comes a moment when I’d rather be reading a book.”

They encourage me to be who I am, despite people finding me weird.

Hello, people. Thank you for reading and enjoying my work. However, I need to emphasize that (as I see the need to), my writings are mostly fictional. I do not self harm, think or desire to harm myself in any way. I put this to record, as most of my poems revolve around the theme of suicide.
