David Thapelo Mabelane was born and raised in Mabopane Pretoria. He first attended school at Moropa primary school and left while he was in grade four to attend school at Shoshaguve. Before finishing primary, he relocated to Limpopo, where he completed his primary school years at Hakala primary school and secondary years at Seloutjo high school in 2016. The following year he moved back to Mabopane to upgrade his matric. In 2018 he established a community organization for youth under social development act, the same year he invented a classroom mail box concept for high school learners in South Africa and he wrote a short stories book, while serving as a chairperson and co-founder of Don’t Judge Organization for youth. In 2019 he started to write a novel and he completed it in 2020, the same year he registered at a public college to further his studies and he was provisioned.
