The ways we collect your information
We collect anonymous aggregate information on any user that visits our sites. This is not personally identifying information and cannot be linked to any particular individual.
However, when you register on our fundza.mobi site we do collect personal information from you.
We also collect personal information from you, when you interact with us on WhatsApp.
The personal information we process
When you register on the fundza.mobi site, we ask you for your name, contact number, email address and date of birth. If you are below the age of 18, we will ask for the name and contact number of your parent, guardian or competent adult so that we can get their permission for you to use our services.
When you contact our WhatsApp Chatbot, we will automatically know the cellphone number associated with your WhatsApp account. Through your interaction with us on WhatsApp, you may also provide us with other personal details such as your name, other contact numbers and email address.
This information will not be shared with a third party without your express permission.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. You are able to update this information on your Profile.
We cannot be held liable for any inaccuracies or lack of information provided by you.
Additional information you may provide
In the use of our services, you may provide us voluntarily with additional information through surveys, quizzes, competitions, other feedback or writing submissions. This information allows us to provide services to you and forms a part of our educational service offering.

When registering a profile, you will need to confirm that you provide this consent.
If you are under the age of 18 years, you must have the permission of your parent, guardian or responsible adult in order to continue to use our services. We get this consent by sending an SMS to your parent/guardian/competent adult and they are required to click on a link (which is datafree) as a record of their permission.

You are also able to delete your Profile that contains your information on our site. However, if you do so, we will no longer be able to provide you with personalised services, such as the ability to comment or like content on our site. You may also not be able to enter competitions or register for courses unless you are a logged in user.
You can also request us to confirm what information we hold about you and to which third parties we’ve supplied your information. You may send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may also request that we correct or delete information and you can object to the continued processing of your information.
If you exercise your right to object or if you withdraw your consent and if the circumstances make it reasonable for us to do so, we may suspend our services to you.
