I sat on the bed that Katlego had offered me, the spare room looks really beautifully decorated even though it is simple, he even borrowed me his stripped pyjamas.

I took the phone and called Rose, I cried as I told her what happened. It is funny how I cried when I just thought that I had no tears but as I told her I crumbled down into pieces.

I don’t know when or how I fell asleep but I woke up with the sun shining on my face. I rubbed the sleep on my eyes and looked at the time, it is already 8 a.m I should be already be on my way to work by this but instead of me rushing I just sat on the bed.

I picked up my phone and I emailed my boss my resignation letter, I don’t know what I was thinking or if I was even thinking.

When I walked into the bathoom I already found a toothbrush I quickly brushed my teeth and went downstairs, I found him on the stove frying some eggs.

He turned around looked at me over his shoulder and smiled “You finally awake.” He said “Sit down.”

I did as I was told I sat down and placed my hands on the large island. It is a refreshing sight to see, I never thought I would ever see Katlego with an apron on, looking hella cute and busy making breakfast.

I thought he was the one who would order maids around but turns out I was wrong.

He placed the plate infront of me it had eggs, baked beands, two toasted bread, sausages, bacon and tomato. “You slept well?” He asked sitting next to me.

I nodded, we ate in silence with me taking sneak peaks at Katlego now again, he is a totally different guy now as he is sitting next to me, he is not being sarcastic or try to court me.

When we are done he takes the plates to the sink and washes them, he wipes his hands on his apron and gave me a tiny smile “I have to go to work, but you can make yourself at home.”

He handed me a card “You can go and buy something to wear in the meantime or get something to eat.”

I looked him like he was joking but he but before I can even protest he was already out of the door.
