Senzo
Senzo & Rose
I should have done this a long time ago, I thought to myself as I watched her exploring the potential new home. Her eyes sparkled with excitement, and a sense of life seemed to radiate from her every move.
In the kitchen, she twirled around, laughing joyously, and the sound of her laughter filled the room, filling my heart with warmth. Following her to the backyard, her happiness was contagious, and I couldn’t help but smile. “I love this house,” she declared, her eyes fixed on me.
“Okay,” I replied, pulling her close into my arms. “I’ve already called the agent and told him we’re taking the house.”
Her arms draped around my shoulders, and I felt a mixture of relief and hope. “Can you forgive me?” I asked, my voice filled with vulnerability.
“Yes,” she answered, her gaze steady and forgiving. “But I don’t want your love to become overwhelming or suffocating.”
I leaned in, softly kissing her lips, promising, “I promise, scouts honor and all of that. I’ll respect your boundaries.”
Rose
Senzo was true to his word. I can still feel his love but not like before, and I cherish the caring side of him that had emerged since we moved into this new house. Decorating it together, we turned it into a home, a place where I hoped we can build a beautiful life together.
In this new city, I had found a job as a personal assistant, and Senzo was nothing but supportive.
His encouragement and understanding meant the world to me. The void I had been feeling for so long seemed to be closing, and I held onto the hope that it would stay that way forever.
I looked at Senzo under my shades and smiled, this is exactly what I always wanted. He still gives me the space that I need whenever I need it, we still haven’t talked about the divorce papers that are in the drawer somewhere but I know we will get to that part soon enough for now I shall cherish the time we have together.
