“Did you see how she looked at you?” Zanele asks me.

“Don’t be silly.” I laugh

“She wants you”

“She wouldn’t want me. Besides, she won’t stand for my girls. She’s just like Promise. Trust me, I don’t need another Promise.” I frown

“You like her?”

“I don’t know.”

“Come on.” She insists.

“I don’t. I have Promise already, and she’s a problem.”

“Okay.” She shrugs.

We stand by the corner. I glance at my watch. It’s 17:54. 

“Bye then.” I hug her.

“Sharp, friend.” She turns back.
